INCENTIVE-SPONSORED PROJECTS
Cimento Nacional supports cultural, sports, and social initiatives through federal and state tax incentive programs. The sponsored projects strengthen local development, promote social inclusion, foster cultural appreciation, expand access to sports, and improve the quality of life in the communities where we operate.
These initiatives are funded through tax incentive mechanisms established under federal and state legislation, including programs supporting Culture, Sports, the Children’s and Adolescents’ Fund (FIA), the Elderly Fund, PRONON, PRONAS, and other similar initiatives.

Cantagalo/RJ
The Base Campeã program in Cantagalo, Rio de Janeiro, serves approximately 150 children and adolescents through futsal and volleyball programs, encouraging discipline, citizenship, social inclusion, and personal development through sports.
Pitimbu/PB
In Pitimbu, Paraíba, the program supports approximately 150 children and adolescents through beach soccer activities, using sports as a tool for social transformation, health promotion, and community engagement.
Matozinhos/MG
The Base Campeã program in Matozinhos, Minas Gerais, benefits around 350 children and adolescents through futsal and volleyball, promoting social inclusion, educational development, and stronger community connections.
Sete Lagoas/MG
In Sete Lagoas, Minas Gerais, approximately 350 children and adolescents participate in soccer and capoeira activities, fostering values such as respect, discipline, citizenship, and teamwork.
The Active Living program promotes health, well-being, and quality of life for approximately 200 older women in Arcos, Minas Gerais. Through functional physical activities, the initiative encourages active living, social interaction, and healthy aging.
Held in Macuco, Rio de Janeiro, the Seven Stars program serves 120 children through artistic gymnastics in partnership with the Diego Hypolito Institute. The initiative promotes discipline, self-esteem, and holistic development.

The Environmental Education Program (PEA) is aligned with our purpose of supporting the sustainable development of society. We believe that environmental stewardship is a fundamental pillar in building a more balanced and responsible future.
The program is carried out on an ongoing basis, both within our organization and in the communities where we operate, promoting environmental awareness and encouraging sustainable practices.
The It’s Good to Know the Community program brings local communities closer to our operations by presenting our production processes, environmental control measures, and people-focused initiatives. Through this engagement, the program strengthens transparency and builds trust with the communities where we operate.
It’s Good to Know the Family is an initiative that brings employees’ families closer to the day-to-day reality of Cimento Nacional, fostering integration, a sense of belonging, and stronger connections with the people who are part of our story.
Family Day offers guided visits to Cimento Nacional’s facilities, featuring interactive activities, recreational spaces, and themed booths showcasing key areas of the company, including Benefits, Occupational Health and Safety, Career Development, Environment, Laboratory and Co-processing, and Social Responsibility. The initiative reinforces the company’s commitment to caring for people and valuing the families that support them.
Cimento Nacional reaffirms its commitment to sustainable development and community engagement through its Socio-Environmental Partnership Grant Program. The initiative supports tax incentive–eligible projects that generate positive social impact, promote inclusion and diversity, and contribute to local development in the regions where the company operates.
The program includes projects supported under federal and state tax incentive laws, with a focus on environmental protection, sports, culture, health, well-being, and community development.
The selection process considered the applicants’ track record and reputation, as well as their ability to engage different sectors of society and generate lasting impacts that extend beyond the duration of the initiatives. Priority was given to proposals aligned with the genuine needs of the territories, featuring well-structured plans for monitoring performance indicators and demonstrating the capacity to expand residents’ access to opportunities for social, economic, cultural, and environmental development.
VOLUNTEERING
We believe in the transformative power of people. Through volunteer, educational, and community support initiatives, we strengthen communities, foster human development, and expand Cimento Nacional’s positive impact in the regions where we operate.

Through our volunteer initiatives, we transform community spaces, making them safer, more accessible, and better equipped to serve local residents. To date, we have improved more than 50 institutions through structural enhancements that create safer, more accessible, and more welcoming environments.
Through the engagement of our employees, we bring solidarity and support by adopting holiday wish letters and assisting charitable organizations, delivering care, compassion, and hope to those who need it most.
You at CN is an institutional outreach program that connects Cimento Nacional with technical schools, universities, vocational training institutions, and high schools. The initiative introduces students and educators to the cement industry, strengthens the company’s employer brand, and helps develop future talent by providing insights into Cimento Nacional, its culture, and its professional development opportunities.
National + Solidarity brings together initiatives that provide support for emergency needs and community outreach campaigns, including blood donation drives, food collection campaigns, and other volunteer efforts. The program reinforces Cimento Nacional’s commitment to caring for people and supporting the communities where it operates.

FENAR is one of the flagship initiatives supported by Cimento Nacional, bringing together more than 300 artists each year and reaching an audience of over 50,000 people. Held in cities such as Arcos and Sete Lagoas, Minas Gerais, the festival expands access to the arts, transforms public spaces, and increases the national visibility of local artists.
We support one of Brazil’s leading film festivals, which connects communities with Brazilian cinema through a free and widely accessible program. The festival contributes to strengthening cultural identity and fostering the creative economy.
The Ricardo Brennand Institute (IRB) is a nationally recognized center for the preservation and promotion of Brazil’s historical and artistic heritage. It expands access to culture and contributes to human development, welcoming approximately 30,000 visitors each year.
TUCCA – Music for Healing is a cultural initiative dedicated to raising funds to support the treatment of children and adolescents with cancer. Through high-quality musical performances featuring renowned Brazilian and international artists, the project combines culture with social impact, with 100% of ticket sales allocated to funding pediatric and adolescent cancer treatments.
