About Us

OUR HISTORY

Cimento Nacional was founded in 2011 in Sete Lagoas (MG) with the aim of offering society more than cement: nurturing trust. Since our beginning, we have experienced significant growth, embraced innovation, and committed ourselves to sustainable development.

We enhanced our presence by opening a state-of-the-art facility in Pitimbu (PB), bolstering our operations in Brazil’s Northeast region. Nowadays, we are the fourth-largest cement company in Brazil, operating five factories, two grinding units, and six strategically located distribution centers to ensure efficiency and a broad market reach.

Our growth demonstrates our commitment to quality, innovation, and positive impact. Sustainability is central to our strategy, driving initiatives that blend technology and environmental responsibility to minimize the effects and encourage sustainable development.

Last year, Cimento Nacional took a significant step by integrating with Buzzi SpA, an Italian multinational company operating in 14 countries and a global leader in its field. This partnership boosts our innovation potential, broadens access to cutting-edge technologies, and elevates our quality standards, strengthening our leadership in the Brazilian market.

With deep foundations and a forward-looking vision, we are dedicated to ethics, nurturing people’s growth, and creating a more sustainable world. We are consistently guided by our mission: to support the advancement of society.
