CULTURE
Cimento Nacional Cultural Circuit
We sponsor cultural initiatives that give local artists a national platform to showcase their work and boost the local economy.
One of our key projects is the National Street Art Festival (FENAR), which brings together over 300 artists and attracts more than 50,000 attendees annually. Initially held in Arcos, Matozinhos, and Sete Lagoas (MG), the festival is expanding to more cities. Supported by the State Cultural Incentive Law, FENAR promotes inclusion and is accessible to all.
We also support initiatives such as the Tiradentes Film Festival, an annual event in the historic city of Tiradentes, Minas Gerais, that showcases Brazilian cinema on an international level.
The Raízes da Gente Project also highlights Matozinhos’ historical and natural heritage, including significant landmarks like the Gruta do Ballet.
Other initiatives are also supported, such as the Tiradentes Film Festival, a cinematic event held annually in the historic city of Tiradentes, Minas Gerais, which helps propel the national film market beyond Brazil’s borders.
Meanwhile, the Raízes da Gente project highlights the rich natural and historical heritage of the city of Matozinhos, home to great treasures such as the Gruta do Balé.

SPORTS
Estrela Nacional Sports Schools
Sports serve as a powerful tool for citizenship, education, and health. That’s why Cimento Nacional supports sports programs that create a difference by providing training opportunities while instilling ethical values, discipline, respect, and teamwork.
Over 600 children and teenagers participate in soccer and beach soccer programs in Sete Lagoas, Matozinhos (MG), Pitimbu (PB), and Cantagalo (RJ).

The Vida Ativa Program, which promotes physical and mental well-being for 130 participants in Arcos (MG), also includes adults.
Exciting news! Cimento Nacional is opening a gymnastics training center in Macuco (RJ) in partnership with Olympic gymnast Diego Hypolito, aiming to cultivate future Olympic medalists.

EDUCATION
Education is crucial to sustainable community development, and Cimento Nacional is dedicated to advancing education in our operations.
Cimento Nacional recognizes this importance and is committed to making significant efforts to promote education in the areas where it operates.
We encourage Environmental Education in local communities by providing training in community empowerment, entrepreneurship, project management, recycling, reforestation, and much more.
We also support heritage education, believing that an understanding of history fosters a natural appreciation and preservation.
Through the “Faz Bem Conhecer—Community” (It’s Good to Know the Community) program, we open our doors to demonstrate our production process and environmental control actions and strengthen trust between the company and the community.

VOLUNTEERING
We believe in the transformative potential of corporate volunteering.
Through the Atitude que Constrói Program (Building Attitude Program), we encourage volunteer initiatives in our units to make a positive impact on local communities.

Through the Dia do Bem (Day of Kindness) initiative, we have transformed over 30 institutions, providing our volunteers with hands-on experience refurbishing spaces to make them more inclusive, safe, and suitable for community activities.
Through the Natal Solidário (Caring Christmas) initiative, volunteers also contribute, spreading kindness and joy to those in need.
Furthermore, our volunteers significantly contribute to preparing young people for the job market, sharing their expertise, and empowering them toward a bright future.

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
We strive to cultivate a more diverse and inclusive environment where everyone feels safe and respected.
At Cimento Nacional, we challenge stereotypes and break down paradigms through education and open dialogue. We acknowledge that diversity is crucial, and that equity must serve as the foundation of a socially responsible company.
